Fitness First Steps is a brand new programme from Football Fitness Academy designed specifically for children in Reception & Year 1 (September 2026). Every session is built around fun, movement, and laying the physical foundations that will serve your child for life.

What we do in every session:

🟢 Motor Skills - coordination, balance, body control and spatial awareness through age-appropriate challenges

🟢 Fun Games - activities designed to keep attention, build confidence, and enhance decision making

🟢 Get Moving - running, jumping, spinning - the fundamentals of physical literacy that unlock everything that comes after

No pressure. No performance. Just children moving, laughing, and discovering what their bodies can do.
